Family
Heritage Network is a special, heart‑led project
founded and run by Damm Tv and Family Community (DTFC)
born directly from personal experience and pain
turned into purpose.
It was created by our founder, Mrs. Aminat
after her eldest daughter was assaulted. At that
difficult time, she felt completely isolated,
alone and unsupported and she knew no one else
should ever have to feel that way. She built this
platform, this community and this support network,
so that every family, every parent, every person
facing hardship or challenge could find strength,
connection, guidance and a place to belong.
Support families settling in the UK helping you
feel safe, welcome and at home offer clear
guidance on local systems explaining how
school,health, housing, benefits, laws and
everyday work life works.
Help people integrate successfully building
confidence, making friends, joining in, and living
full, happy lives in our community
Give a powerful voice to the public and families
speaking up for you, listening to you, and
standing with you when you face similar struggles
or challenges
Driven by this mission, Mrs. Alamu
provides a strong, caring voice for all members of
the public. Her work is dedicated entirely to
supporting families as they settle into life in
the UK offering essential guidance, practical
help, and the care you need to navigate local life
and achieve successful, happy social integration.
